About Us

Meghan Hurley, EdM, LMHC

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over a decade of diverse clinical experience, she specializes in bridging the gap between therapeutic theory and sustainable, real-world progress for individuals and families across all developmental stages.

With graduate training from Columbia University and extensive post-graduate study in advanced clinical frameworks, Meghan’s expertise is built on a foundation of academic frameworks and tailored adaptations. Her career spans private practice, 3K-12 school systems, and intensive community mental health settings. This diverse background gives her a holistic view on the modern challenges facing children, parents, and individual adults.

Meghan believes that true change is never isolated—it is rooted in relationships and context. Rather than offering temporary fixes, she provides a clear roadmap for emotional regulation and resilience. By blending high-level clinical skill with genuine empathy, Meghan helps to build a foundation for long-term wellness.
