About Park Slope Counseling
Meghan is a licensed mental health counselor with over 17 years of experience supporting children and families across school, clinical, and community settings. She partners with parents and caregivers to strengthen relationships, build practical skills, and support children’s emotional and behavioral well-being.
She holds a Master’s degree in School and Mental Health Psychological Counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University and uses trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral, interpersonal, and DBT-informed therapeutic strategies. Her work focuses on helping families develop effective tools for communication, emotional regulation, and resilience.
Meghan is committed to culturally responsive, inclusive care and provides a supportive space where families feel respected, understood, and empowered to grow together.
